Insurance System for Advancing Healthcare in Dubai (ISAHD) is a comprehensive initiative of the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) intended to provide sustainable high quality healthcare in Dubai for nationals, residents and visitors, in a quest to become the #1 healthcare system in the world.  ISAHD, in Arabic means ‘bringing happiness’, inspired by UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum towards the government main role in bringing happiness to its people.

ISAHD has two main pillars; first: provide insurance coverage for everyone in Dubai, second: monitor and introduce enhancements towards sustainable high quality healthcare system. ISAHD shall be implemented proven international standards in its solutions and processes online and on mobile to provide services to all stakeholders in the healthcare system.
